PHYSICAL THERAPIST
Jefferson County Public Health Service is seeking a Physical Therapist (Full-time, 40 hours per week) to become a member of a friendly multi-disciplinary team of over 30 caring clinicians dedicated to providing quality care to patients in their home. Physical Therapist is a professional position involving responsibility for evaluating, planning and providing physical therapy treatment to patients in accordance with written prescription or referral from a physician who provides medical direction.
Salary: $35.56 - $45.47 per hour.
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
